The Prince Mahidol Award Foundation invites you to nominate online an individual, a group of individual, or an institution to be considered for the Prince Mahidol Award for 2008 here  from now until 31 May 2008.

His Majesty the King graciously extended His condolences to the family of Dr. Joshua Lederberg, a member of the Foundation’s International Award Committee and the 1958 Nobel Laureate in Physiology or Medicine, who had passed away from pneumonia on 2 February 2008 at the age of 82.

His Majesty the King graciously conferred the Prince Mahidol Award 2007 on Wednesday, 30 January 2008 at 17.30 hrs. at the Ananda Samakhom Throne Hall.

On 31 January 2008, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously presided over the Opening Ceremony of the Prince Mahidol Award Conference 2008 at Dusit Thani Hotel.
